MS, Mental Performance Coach and Keynote Speaker

Josh Lifrak

Over the past 20 years Joshua Lifrak, M.S., has worked with elite athletes and corporate leaders to help them perform at their highest levels. He is currently the Director of Performance and Coaching for Limitless Minds and the President of Lift Up Consulting. He has consulted with the following companies: Johnson and Johnson, McDonald’s, Workday, Sherwin-Williams, KPMG, and Amazon.

He previously served as Director of the Mental Skills Program for the Chicago Cubs, playing a key role in building the mindset and culture that helped the team win its first World Series in 108 years. From 2019–2021, he was the Major League Mental Performance Coach for the New York Mets. Josh’s first book, Win Today, will be published in June 2026 by Wiley. He will also serve as the Summit’s emcee, bringing his dynamic presence and energy to guide the event experience.

Lauren Johnson

Lauren is a mental performance coach and keynote speaker. She works with CEOs, professional athletes, and Fortune 500 companies through national speaking engagements, educational training workshops, and consulting. Prior to opening her own consulting practice, Lauren served as the Mental Conditioning Coordinator for the New York Yankees.

She received her Master’s Degree in Performance Psychology from National University. Lauren’s practical, straightforward advice and mental performance strategies help individuals become elite decision-makers because her belief is you become elite by choice, not by chance.

Zach Brandon

Zach Brandon is a nationally recognized Performance and Leadership Coach who partners with sport coaches and high-achieving leaders to help them win more and live better. Zach is the Founder of MVP Mindset Consulting, LLC, and spent the past seven years serving as the Head of Mental Performance and Coach Development for the Arizona Diamondbacks and continues to support the organization in a Leadership Consultant role.

Prior to his work in professional baseball, Zach served as a Mental Conditioning Coach at IMG Academy, where he helped elite youth athletes and consulted with Olympic track and field athletes. He is the host of the Win More, Live Better podcast, a top 5% globally ranked show, and has delivered presentations to NASA, ReliaQuest, Gatorade, Matson Money, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, and USA Baseball.

Zach’s talk is titled: “The Coach’s Playbook: Strategies for Winning More and Living Well”

MA, CMPC, Mental Performance Coach, Tampa Bay Rays

Kris Goodman

Kris Goodman, M.A., CMPC is the Major League Process and Development Coach for the Tampa Bay Rays, where he works with Major League players to develop elite decision-making and mental skills. A former collegiate athlete at the University of Iowa, Kris was drafted by the Miami Marlins and played four seasons of professional baseball. His passion for mental performance began as a high school athlete and continues today as he helps competitors at all levels build mental strength.

Kris earned his Master’s in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato and is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant. He gained experience working with high school and collegiate athletes and served as a Mental Conditioning Coach at IMG Academy, supporting athletes across multiple sports from around the world.

Dr. Kerry Guest

As a Sport Psychologist and Certified Mental Performance Consultant, Dr. Kerry Guest’s professional mission is to help people know themselves better than they knew themselves before in order to solve their problems. Primarily, Kerry supports the wellbeing of individuals, teams, and leaders in bolstering their self-awareness and emotional intelligence.

Kerry’s professional roles across diverse contexts (e.g., Indiana University Athletics, Sun Devil Athletics at Arizona State University, IMG Academy) characterizes some of his unique experiences in high performance. Trained and licensed as a Clinical and Sport Psychologist, Kerry currently serves as the Director of Mind Health & Wellness for the Boston Celtics following roles as the Mental Health Specialist for the Arizona Diamondbacks and as an external performance consultant to Deloitte Principals, Partners, and Managing Directors.

Dr. CINDRA KAMPHOFF

Dr. Cindra Kamphoff is an award-winning keynote speaker and certified mental performance coach for leaders, athletes, and championship teams. She has provided mental training for the Minnesota Vikings, and has worked with companies such as Bobcat, Verizon, Target, Walmart, and Northwestern Mutual.

She is the author of the Amazon bestseller, Beyond Grit: Ten Powerful Practices to Gain the High Performance Edge. Her upcoming book, The Confidence Habit: 7 Core Practices to Transform Self-Doubt to Self-Belief will be published September 1st, 2026 by Simon & Schuster. She is the owner of the Mentally Strong Institute, and has a podcast called The High Performance Mindset which has over 700 episode and is ranked in the top .05% of all podcasts globally.
